Workplace: HCM Representative Office – Vina-Sanwa Company
• Conduct market research to identify potential selling opportunities and evaluate customer requirements
• Have extensive business relationships in the construction field with the Architect Companies, Consultant companies, Main contractors, having relationships with the owner is an advantage.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and be open-minded to their inquiries and procedures
• Managing the work of Sales staffs and Installation staff.
• To be responsible for the operation of the HCM Sales & Project Management Dept and be responsible for the results of the department
• To execute strategic planning, management and direction for achievement business plan based on the policy and strategy of the company, and the maximum of results as the chief executive of the department
• To cooperate, control and negotiate with other departments
• To teach, train and give know-how to their subordinates
