Join our dynamic team as a Global Sales and Marketing Specialist, promoting cutting-edge RFID and labelling solutions in the medical sector.
The target sales audience are hospitals, and whilst hospital-sales experience would be a great asset to have for this position, it is not essential.
The products to be sold include chemically resistant labels and RFID labels as well as scanners, printers, and software. Experience in this sector is welcome but also not essential – we celebrate the lessons not just the wins.
Traceability in the medical sector is very important to ensure medical instruments and assets do not go missing in a medical environment. The healthcare professionals which you will be speaking with are normally interested in the technology we sell, and discussions are often very welcome. Conversations begin with a sales approach but quickly become a ‘project’ and so project management experience is valuable. This job position is about finding relevant leads, qualifying the opportunity, and using our internal software to remain highly organised and up to date with the sales pipeline. The job position will include email and phone interactions as well as video demonstrations and conference/ exhibition representation.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify sales leads, managing the sales pipeline through our internal software.
• Engage with healthcare professionals through email, phone, video demonstrations, and at industry conferences.
• Develop and deliver consultancy-style proposals, focusing on a problem-solution sales approach.
• Manage projects from initial contact through to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
