Visually conceptualize and implement design solutions for marketing strategies and projects from concept to completion.
Responsible for the visual creation of the AUS brand, promotions, and messaging across all digital platforms. This includes graphics for the homepage, emails, special landing pages, and new brand and product launches.
Contribute to developing the creative brief and style guide, validating and supporting the guide during presentations.
Ensure design aligns with marketing objectives.
Ensure graphic consistency and quality across all channels without sacrificing performance and UI/UX for aesthetics
Create marketing video and photo content for branding materials and digital assets, including emails, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Compose shots with an understanding of framing, color, and light to create visually pleasing photographs.
Produce clean, print-ready files.
Provide post-production expertise, including exporting, transcoding, converting, and archiving footage.
Develop photo-shoot plans, mood boards, and props.
Apply typography treatments and motion/graphics design.
Create layouts using design principles such as color, typography, and photographic selection within the AUS brand guidelines.
Manage equipment effectively.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
At least 3 years of experience, preferably working experience in Advertising companies
Killer design chops - Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
An ability to juggle multiple projects, ensuring everything is on-brand, on-time, on-target
Preferably graduate from Art/ Design schools or universities
Teamwork, energy and enthusiasm.
Ability to work within a team and support where necessary, under pressure.
