Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Head of HR to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes with strong recruiting experience. As our Head of HR in Vietnam, you will play a crucial role in driving our people strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions in the Country. You will work closely with our leadership team to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Detail:
Strategic HR Management:
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management.
• Partner with our top management level in other GEOs to advise and support on HR strategies, talent management, and organizational development initiatives across regions.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as training and development programs, recognition, and satisfaction surveys.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
Performance Management and Development:
• Develop and manage effective performance management programs.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system.
• Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
People Operations and Administration:
• Implement and enhance people operations processes, including compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Handle HR-related transactions, including benefits administration, leave management, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Recruitment and Talent Management:
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Reporting and Decision Support:
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
