Brighton College Vietnam - HR and Recruiting Officer Wanted!
Introduction: Join our dynamic team as an HR and Recruiting Officer where you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals who will contribute to our company's success.
I. Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment
• Develop headcount and recruitment plan on an annual basis;
• Ensure effective recruitment according to the approved plan;
• Implement recruitment advertising and manage BCVN’s recruitment channels;
• Develop and manage the recruitment budget;
• Monitor new hire reception and onboarding
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking activities to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
2. Human Resources
• Develop and implement BCVN’s human resources policies;
• Develop and manage the human resources budget;
• Manage human resources information in BCVN’s human resources information system;
• Manage the implementation of human resources procedures for both foreign and Vietnamese employees, including appointment procedure, procedures for signing and termination of the employment contract, etc.
• Consult and resolve issues during the implementation of labor contracts;
• Participate in handling cases related to labor relations ;
• Address concerns and issues related to labor relations;
• Make periodic labor reports at the request of the authorities.
• Draft policies, guidelines, and synthesize job performance evaluations for employees;
• Organize events (summer vacations, Christmas parties, year-end parties, team building activities...);
• Conduct offboarding for local and expat;
• Implement annual regular health check-ups for employees.
• Purchase annual and end of contract tickets for expats and dependents
3. Visa and Work permit
• Conduct application for renewing & cancelling TRC, work permit for expat and dependents

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
• Proficiency in all 04 English language skills;
• At least 03 years of experience in labor relations/recruitment for both foreign and Vietnamese employees; prior experience in international education environments is a plus;
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and visa and work permit
• Good service thinking, professional manners and strong self-confidence;
• Effective organizational and problem solving skills;
• Flexibility and ability to work under high pressure.
• Proficiency in all 04 English language skills;
• At least 03 years of experience in labor relations/recruitment for both foreign and Vietnamese employees; prior experience in international education environments is a plus;
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and visa and work permit
