Expand new accounts, list retailers, and acquire new distributors within the first 2-3 months, leveraging personal relationships.
Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and establish a strong market presence.
Build strong, lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and collaborating effectively.
Identify emerging markets, shifts, and competitor activities while staying informed about new products.
Handle recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring for sales representatives.
Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
Successfully manage the sales team to achieve growth and meet sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts while overseeing the sales team.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Proficiency in English; Mandarin language skills are advantageous.
Successful track record in opening new accounts, listing retailers, and acquiring new distributors within the first 2-3 months.
Established relationships with retail systems in Vietnam (MT Channel).
Strong business acumen and expertise in the FMCG sector.
Proven ability to drive the sales process, analyze market trends, and manage a sales team.
At least 5 years of successful offline sales experience in the MT Channel (preferably at the Senior Executive Level).
Experience in household cleaning products is highly desirable. Candidates with recent experience at Unilever, Wipro Unza, P&G, or Lixco will be given preference.
