Lighting Designer

• Collaborates with other team members during all phases of a project from concept to testing & commissioning phase
• Produce renders and process design concept
• Works closely with team leaders/managers to review work for design integrity, accuracy, clarity, and quality
• Find solutions to balance project budgets related to lighting scope of work
• Researches new products, working methods, and technology trends within the lighting design profession
• Develop and work on drawings, specification, load schedule, control schedule and budgets for all projects
• Attends on-site meetings with clients, contractors, and project team members
• Manage design timeline to deliver design reports and documents on time for project deadlines

• Minimum 3 years experience with a design studio, lighting knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of construction processes and workflow
• Good in design detailing and have knowledge of materials and technical requirements;
• Strong experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Dialux, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam
• Fluent in spoken and written English is necessary
• Strong presentation skill
