Manual Test Lead (Tiếng Nhật N2 Trở Lên)

Develop, implement and maintain testing strategies and processes to ensure product quality.
Ensuring the quality of all company projects
Coordinate with other departments such as Dev, Product and customer support to ensure products meet the highest quality requirements.
Analyze, evaluate and report testing status, progress and product quality periodically.
Provide technical support/coaching for less experienced members to increase team’s productivity
Perform manual and automation testing to detect and fix software errors.
Support training and improving testing skills for testers.
Manage and guide the software testing team, including planning tests, dividing work, and tracking progress.
Has the ability and willingness to travel and work on-site

Be able to research and learn the new things
Having JLPT (N2)
Have at least 3 years of experience in the field of testing and at least 1 year of experience in a Test Lead position
Good English (be able to communicate with clients)
Have testing knowledge:
Understand Software Testing basic
Understand Software Testing level
Understand and be able to perform various Software Testing Types like Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, Usability Testing, Security Testing, Performance Testing, API testing, Regression Testing and Compliance Testing.
Understand Software Testing Methods
Understand and be able to develop Software Testing Artifacts, Defects and Software Testing Metrics
Having hands-on experience at CI/CD is a big plus.
