I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop and Manage Marketing Plans
Report the implementation results to the Leadership Team.
Support the Head of Department in organizing and executing marketing activities according to the plan.
Operate the Department Effectively Towards the Company’s Goals
Develop detailed plans on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
Resource Planning:
Allocate resources (such as people, IT systems, etc.) to ensure departmental goals are met.
Execution and Management:
Organize deployment, manage objectives, control quality, and monitor the progress of departmental work.
Knowledge Management:
Enhance, utilize, and share knowledge within the department and with related departments.
Risk Management and Process Management:
Ensure ethical standards, legal compliance, and adherence to internal processes in management.
Manage Human Resources
Human Resource Planning:
Oversee all personnel issues within the department, identify problems affecting the workforce, and propose solutions.
Performance Management:
Set priorities, goals, and clear instructions for the team, provide resources to support goal achievement, and regularly monitor, evaluate, and provide timely feedback to the team.
Training and Development:
Plan development, create learning opportunities, provide guidance/consultation to employees, participate in the recruitment and talent development process for the company.
Organizational Culture Development:
Build a cohesive culture within the team.

Preferred proficiency in foreign languages.
Preference for candidates from the ICT and IT sectors, or agencies.
Under 35 years old.
Proactive with skills in building and managing teams.
