YOUR ROLE
Ocean Operations Administrator is responsible for a set of Documentation of export shipments from Viet Nam. They will be the first contact for Bill of Lading/ Export Manifest and Invoice. Moreover, they also work closely with Procurement & Pricing/ Customer Service Department to maintain a profitable gross yield.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
• Submitting Shipping Instruction/ VGM to Ocean Master Carrier/Coloader
• Issuing Bill of Lading/ FCR/ Invoice based on CEVA’s Global Compliance
• Filling Export Manifest for shipments to JP/US/MX/CA/SA
• Closing shipment’s PnL
• Solving customer’s problem relating Documentation/ Export Manifest/ PnL
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
