Sales Quality Management
• Develop the action plan and base operating model for driving premium collection and improve sales quality.
• Coordinate with Account Head/Account Lead/ sales team to collaborate with bank partners to draft additional actions to support K2 enhancement; follow up with Account Head/Account Lead on timely execution of action plans.
• Build up toolset to support Sales teams to drive sales quality.
• Developing and maintaining reporting flows & ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reports; Support sales team/ partners/ other departments in case of enquiries, questions or complaints, regarding data & system, prepare & maintain user guide;
• Propose or support to take action plans related to sales quality improvement initiatives (ad-hoc presentations, prepare documents of notice…).
Banca Distribution Risk Management
• Key coordination to collaborate with relevant departments to identify risks, implement controls to manage these risks, test control effectiveness and report regularly on any risks, incidents or issues relating to sales quality.
• Develop monitoring checklist and perform periodic QA check on operation procedures and other controls (Banca) (QA check onboarding, offboarding process; Dual code/blacklist screening via Avicad for existing FSC, BSM & Bankers; Other compliance/risk review assignments);
• Other tasks assigned by line manager.
• Work with IT team and relevant departments to process data or system enhancement or enquiries, UAT relating to K2 & others;
• Other tasks as assigned.
