PRUVenture is PVA’s new and independent distribution channel, has been launched in 2nd Quarter 2019. The channel’s mission is to tap into the potentials of Urban customer segments by leveraging a new generation of young, dynamic and highly professional financial advisors, called Pru-Planners. Pru-Planners go through rigorous selection process, comprehensive learning & development program (Entrepreneurship Development Program). Pru-Planners will be developed to become Sales Director or Urban Director.
The incumbent of this job is responsible for the quantity and quality of Pru-Planner. They also need to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
1. Business Development:
o Ensure the execution plan following The PRUVenture Strategy & Direction, focusing on developing & accelerating young & dynamic full-time agents, sales leaders, high educated GAD generation to focus on growing Urban customer segments.
o Be responsible to planning and the sales activities and business activation plans to create prospects, attract Urban customers and expand the PRUVenture customer base.
o Be Responsible to maintain high productivity (case per active) and retention rate of PLs in his/ her Region align with the PRUVenture’s strategy.
o Be Responsible to build MDRT among his/ her Region align with the PRUVenture’s strategy.
o Be responsible for APE contribution by leading BDMs and Pru-Planners of the delegated Region to achieve and exceed the APE Target; Closely monitoring the Region monthly APE performance and timely address sales performance issue to minimize Channel’s business impact.
o Be Responsible to work with BDMs and PLs to collect Premium K2 as much as possible, aligning with PRUVenture’s strategy.
o Keep learning from best practices among PruPlanners, teams and competitors to fine-tune operation models and achieve higher results
2. People Management:
o Be responsible for Pru-planner recruitment by proactively involving in the selection & recruitment process to achieve number of Pru-planner monthly new recruits set for the Region; and accountable to attract and retain Pru-Planners.
o Be accountable for sales quality and customer services by frequently/timely conducting sales coaching and providing service guidance to BDM and Pru-Planners to address all quality & service issues.
o Participate in training meetings/action plans in order to keep improving sales quality of PruPlanners and provide proper feedback to trainers.
o Be responsible for deploying and managing the implementation of EDP Program and accountable for keeping track of Pru-Planners learning and development plan.
o Recruit, retain and develop BDM to ensure capable sales force for PRUVenture
3. Operation, Risk Management & Other
o Direct the enforcement of need-based sales process, policies & procedures, local regulations, internal control & operational risks to ensure full adherence to PVA legal and regulatory requirements across the functional area of the PRUVenture South/Central/ North.
o Be responsible for deploying and implementing an effective incentive plan to create pay for performance culture and to increase Pru-Planner’s motivation.
o Be accountable for fostering a compliance culture as well as managing operational & compliance risks by liaising with the Compliance Coordinator to implement PVA internal controls & Group Compliance Policies.
o Other tasks and projects as assigned by managers.
