Mô tả công việc
• Administrate and organize comp engagement activities:
• Greet and direct visitors to the company;
• Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate associate;
• Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information;
• Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, Viettel, etc.);
• Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating;
• Support new staffs on board (which include register motor parking, prepare tools of work, etc.)
• Keep track of employee’s attendance & absence in monthly;
• Arrange and provide services related to transportation for employees' business trip, workshops (such as taxi cards, flight tickets, etc.);
• Manage fixed asset in Hanoi office. Make plan for repair and change (if any)
• Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies to all departments;
• Collect related document, invoice for making Hanoi’s payment expense monthly. Report all administrative expenses and any operating cost;
• Support EB and HR activities.
• Fulfil any reasonable additional responsibilities as may be from time to time requested by HR Manager

• University degree, at least 1 year of experience in relevant position;
