Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Freelance Head Hunter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent persuasion skills, and an adept ability to identify and understand the mindset and potential of candidates. This role involves sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
o Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and direct outreach.
o Utilize advanced search techniques to locate hard-to-find talent.
2. Candidate Assessment:
o Conduct thorough assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
o Provide objective evaluations and feedback on candidates, offering an independent perspective compared to interviewer assessments.
o Analyze and understand the mindset and motivations of candidates to ensure alignment with client needs.
3. Relationship Building:
o Work closely with the CEO and company colleagues to deeply understand the requirements for candidates.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with Company and Candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
o Act as a trusted advisor to CEO and Company, providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies.
4. Negotiation and Persuasion:
o Use excellent persuasion skills to negotiate offers and facilitate smooth transitions for candidates.
o Ensure clear and effective communication between company and candidates throughout the hiring process.
5. Market Research:
o Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to provide Company with valuable insights.
o Conduct market research to identify potential talent pools and emerging recruitment channels.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
o Provide regular reports and updates to CEO on recruitment progress and outcomes.
