Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team. As a Registered Nurse at Regen3tics, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, utilizing cutting-edge regenerative treatments. Responsibilities (Trách nhiệm)
Patient Assessment and Care (Đánh giá và Chăm sóc Bệnh nhân):
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate overall health and suitability for regenerative treatments.
(Thực hiện nhận định toàn diện người bệnh để đánh giá sức khỏe tổng quát và giúp bác sĩ đưa ra các phương pháp điều trị phù hợp.)
• Administer and monitor regenerative therapies, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
(Quản lý và giám sát các liệu pháp trị liệu, đảm bảo an toàn người bệnh và tuân thủ các quy trình thực hành nghề nghiệp.)
Treatment Administration (Quản lý Điều trị):
• Prepare and administer medications, injections, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
(Thực hành tiêm, truyền dịch an toàn cũng như các phương pháp điều trị khác theo chỉ định của bác sĩ.)
• Monitor patients during and after procedures, providing immediate care and interventions as necessary.
(Theo dõi người bệnh trước, trong và sau khi thực hiện các quy trình trị liệu, thực hiện chăm sóc và can thiệp ngay lập tức nếu cần.)
Patient Education and Support (Hỗ trợ Bệnh nhân):
• Educate patients and their families about regenerative treatments, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care.
(Giáo dục người bệnh và gia đình về các phương pháp trị liệu chuyên biệt, kết quả dự kiến và chăm sóc sau điều trị.)
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients undergoing treatments, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
(Thực hiện hỗ trợ tinh thần và tư vấn cho người bệnh đang trong giai đoạn trị liệu, giải quyết bất kỳ lo ngại hoặc câu hỏi nào của họ.)
Clinical Documentation (Quản lý tài liệu):
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including assessments, treatments, progress notes, and follow-up care.
(Đảm bảo hồ sơ người bệnh được chính xác và chi tiết, bao gồm các đánh giá, điều trị, ghi chú tiến triển và chăm sóc theo dõi.)
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in documentation and reporting.
(Đảm bảo tuân thủ các chính sách, quy trình và yêu cầu quy định của bệnh viện theo hướng dẫn và báo cáo.)
Collaboration and Communication (Giao tiếp):
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, facilitating a positive and supportive clinic environment.

Quality Improvement and Safety (Cải tiến Chất lượng và An toàn) :
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations.

• Follow and promote infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
