Position Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team to grow the company’s revenues and profitability by achieving sales growth objectives in the set region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all Purchase Orders from customers
• Check data accuracy and completeness
• Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Working with costing department to get the prices and prepare the quotation
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Develop monthly sales weekly & monthly reports and forecast.
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Working with other departments to follow up the PO.
• Working with warehouse and delivery service vendors
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
• At least 2 year of administrative experience, broad knowledge of operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar preferred.
• Experience in Sales or Customer service from Consumer Appliances industry is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal customer service skills, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in writing in English is must. Speaking well is preferred.
• Power user of MS Office Word, proficient in Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar preferred.
