About the Role:
Joola, a leading global brand in pickleball, is expanding its footprint in Vietnam, and we are looking for a dynamic and outgoing Sales Executive to help establish and strengthen relationships with pickleball facilities nationwide. This role will be key to growing our brand presence, driving sales through partnerships with pickleball venues, and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and Develop New Facility Partnerships
• Actively seek out new, soon-to-open, and established pickleball facilities across Vietnam to introduce Joola’s products and benefits.
• Build strategic partnerships with facilities to establish them as Joola-branded locations, complete with pro-shops and branded facilities.
2. Promote Joola’s Facility Program
• Present Joola’s unique benefits to facilities, including free paddles, balls, banners, design support, and other promotional materials to encourage adoption.
• Offer support for tournaments, special events, and facility promotions, enhancing Joola’s presence within these venues.
3. Build Strong Customer Relationships
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with facility owners, managers, coaches and staff to ensure continued partnership and brand loyalty.
• Act as the primary point of contact, providing ongoing support, answering inquiries, and ensuring facilities are equipped with the latest Joola products and branding.
4. Coordinate Facility Set-Up and Pro-Shop Openings
• Work with facility teams to set up pro-shops, display branded materials, and organize product showcases to drive sales on-site.
• Ensure all products and materials are well-positioned, compliant with Joola’s branding standards, and appealing to facility customers.
5. Market Research and Reporting
• Stay up-to-date with new facility openings and industry trends in pickleball, identifying opportunities to expand Joola’s reach.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, partnerships, and customer feedback to inform strategy and improve our offerings.
6. Event and Tournament Support
• Collaborate with facilities to organize tournaments, special events, and promotional activities, representing Joola and ensuring seamless execution.
• Support events through direct involvement, product promotions, and onsite customer engagement.
