Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the business growth of Spot-MAS, an advanced oncology screening solution. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare market, strategic sales planning, and relationship management with key stakeholders such as hospitals, oncology specialists, and diagnostic centers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales & Business Development
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Spot-MAS adoption in the oncology market.
• Identify and engage with hospitals, cancer centers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to promote product awareness.
• Analyze market trends, business performance, and competitive landscape to drive revenue growth.
• Support the sales team in launching Spot-MAS in new hospitals and clinics.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Organize team meetings, provide strategic direction, and ensure efficient task execution.
• Monitor team performance and provide necessary coaching/training.
3. Customer Relationship & Key Account Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and partners.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns to enhance satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Support teams in handling customer objections and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
4. Operational Efficiency & Market Expansion
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and execution of sales plans.
• Track business performance, market penetration, and operational challenges.
• Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management.
