Senior HR Executive (Good English )

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist with at least 5 years of experience to handle a wide range of HR, responsibilities to do execution and assist the HR director in overall HR management including: recruitment, employee relations, training & event, compensation & benefit, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Recruitment:
- Responsible for monitor whole recruitment process: Prepare JD, post job, screen CV, conducts the interviews; orientation training
C&B and HRMS
- Track and manage attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Responsible for monthly payroll, allowances, and bonuses following company policies & laws
- Make periodically reports for relevant authorities
- Monitoring labor contract, employee profile & data base, reward, and discipline record on time and accurately (Hard copies & HRMS)
- Responsible for all issues related to SHUI & PIT
- Manage HRMS & support HRD to build & adjust the system
- Manage documents related to foreign employees: visa, work permit, residence card....
Staff relation & Event:
- Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures in line with company policies and labor law.
- Supervise staff’s compliance of company policy / regulation/ procedure
- Draft and update HR policies, procedures, and announcements.
- Responsible for company’s event
Others:
- Update the relating laws and in building policies, processes, templates
- Other tasks assigned by HRD.
