Senior Manager - ESG Practitioner

 Provision of technical consultancy for commercial and residential assets, primarily for ‘Green Building’ Certifications, including LEED BD&C, LEED O&M, IFC Edge, Lotus.
 Carry out Commercial Property Energy Audits and provide roadmaps to Asset Owners for reduction in Energy Consumption
 Carry out Commercial Property Water Consumption Audits and provide roadmaps to Asset Owners for reduction in Water Consumption
 Prepares Request for Proposal responses (RFP) and reviews RFP responses for ‘Green Building’ Certification
 Perform on-site technical inspections within Vietnam of Commercial & Residential Assets
 Work with Senior Team Lead to prepare pricing and manage team capacity for provision of services to Asset Owners.
 Cooperate with Commercial Leasing Teams & Property Management Teams in the targeting of, preparing proposals for and presenting solutions to Asset Owners for ESG Consulting opportunities.
 Secures new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional CBRE services to current client base.
 Maintains current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry.
 Drafts correspondence to existing and prospective clients. Gathers, prepares, and distributes marketing materials.
 Actively engages in the ‘Green Built Environment Space’ and other Commercial Property networks to promote CBRE’s ESG Services, expand contact network and be a ‘thought leader’ in the Green Building Space.
 Maintains accurate and up-to-date information in company databases.
 Other duties may be assigned.
