Support to organize quarterly SHE workshop, yearly SHE day and other SHE Activities
Prepare SHE documents for external audits, customer audit, support sales team, related Department
Maintain safety working condition without risk, incident/accident
Follow up country SHE Priorities Plan and monthly report to Regional
Conduct internal SHE trainings as Regional compliance, and external SHE training as legal requirement
Conduct Yearly SHE Health check and follow action plan to improve
Follow up Environmental Report to regional, monthly tracking and summarising data, environmental compliance assessment and propose the corrective actions.
Support SHE Manager to prepare monthly, quarterly & half year SHE review report.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Education & Training requirements
Good at English both spoken and written
Have a Bachelor degree related to SHE.
2-3 years’ experience on Health Safety Environment, experience chemical safety is priorities condition
Required Experience, Skills & Technique
Conduct the SHE training for workers at site, incidence investigation and emergency response
Be responsible, self-confident, good health and able to work under pressure
Site risk assessment including confined space, working at height,
Be in coordination in the other team within department and division in the relevant work
Provide training and monitoring of pre-start and other meetings for SHE purpose
Good at English both spoken and written
Have a Bachelor degree related to SHE.
