* What We Are Looking For:
We are expanding and seeking for an experienced C++ Developer and proficient in Python, we encourage you to apply. We value proactive problem- solvers who take ownership of their work and demonstrate a solid commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Candidates with a keen interest in tackling challenging problems and writing well-maintained code are highly
regarded. Prior experience in finance is neither required nor requested.
* Responsibilities:
As a vital member of the Software Development team, you will:
• Design and develop applications and components for various parts of our trading systems.
• Utilise your expertise in either C++ to write robust and performant code.
• Utilise Python for various scripting and integration tasks.
• Continuously enhance our systems to adapt to evolving trading needs.
• Ensure the smooth operation and reliability of our trading systems
*Employee benefits:
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm – Mon to Fri. Hybrid working environment (3 days in office, 2 days work from home)
• 13th month salary
• Full salary in probation time. Annual salary review. Bonus review once a year.
• Be qualified to join ESOP after 2 years
• Governmental insurances based on labour law (after probation)
• Training trips to head office in Singapore.
• 15 days of annual leave apart from national holidays by law
• Childcare leave:
o 2 days of childcare leave a year (With Grasshopper for at least 3 continuous months)
o 6 days of paid childcare leave per year, regardless of the number of children you have
(With Grasshopper for at least 1 year).
o Only be applicable for employees with children below 7 years old.
• Marriage Leave
• Maternity/Paternity leave: based on Labour law
• Compassionate Leave
An eligible employee is entitled to an additional 3 days given for compassionate leave.
Eligibility requirements: Passing on of family members - Spouse, Children, Siblings, Parents & Parents-in-law, Grandparents & Grandparents-in-law. Granted once per bereavement.
• Out-patient and hospitalisation health and maternity insurance package (applicable also to spouse and/or children where required – Gold package with coverage of VND 900mil/year)
• Annual dental care package (applicable also to spouse and/or children where required) – VND 1mil/year
• Work anniversary gift – VND 1mil/year
• New born baby gift – VND 1mil/baby
• Wedding gift – VND 2mil/wedding
• Annual health check.
• Working equipment provided (laptop, extra monitor, etc)
• Motorcycle parking fee allowance
• Casual dress code
• Flexible work time arrangement where applicable
• Team building activities, happy-hour, weekly breakfast, etc. Annual company trip (staying in 5 stars hotel)
• An employee will be granted a Referral Bonus of VND 10,000,000 for every referral who is
hired and completes 12 months of employment.
