Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Leasing Administration Executive.
+ Work location: Ho Chi Minh Office, Lim Tower 3, Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao, District 1, HCM
+ Working time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday
+ Report to: Deputy Manager
+ Main function: Contribute to Leasing department’s achievement by controlling sub team to complete leasing documents and process beneficial data; monitor and give accurate advice for Leasing members to comply with Company’s policies and regulations.
1. Execute, control, and evaluate tenants’ data related to Leasing and Tenancy Agreement conditions for analysis reference. (15%)
2. Control leasing documents & resolve arising problems to ensure accurate documents. (15%)
3. Control progress of signing leasing documents to enhance productivity. (15%)
4. Create and unify forms, templates, and workflows to improve working performance of Leasing department. (15%)
5. Plan and control personal and sub team members (1-3 members) regarding working timeline and quality. (10%)
6. Coordinate with related departments and solve arising problems to proceed with the assignments smoothly. (10%)
7. Execute and control admin tasks to ensure Leasing department’s compliance with our Company’s policies. (5%)
8. Survey and study about brands and commercial center models to understand the retail market. (5%)
9. Make reports as assigned accurately & timely. (5%)
10. Other tasks as assigned by supervisors. (5%)
