Purchasing & Import - Export Staff

1. Forecasting:
• Collaborate with sales to generate 6-month rolling forecast which is based on inventory and market demand
• Plan to make PO with suppliers monthly
• Make sure the accuracy of forecasting and PO based on criteria of inventory and item code classification.
2. Purchasing:
• Executing international and local procurement of goods and services of existing suppliers and new suppliers, which are chosen based on the company’s best interest
• Generate PO on ERP system with correct information as product name, item code, pricing… Send PO to the suppliers
• Follow delivery time to meet business requirement
• Make sales contract, collect documents for payment to the suppliers
• Update purchasing value against supplier’s buying target
• Inform supplier whenever having abnormal issues
3. Customs clearance
• Manage buying cost not exceed approved target
• Make sure document are correct and sufficient as regulated
• Monitor and execute customs clearance procedures based on regulations and company’s requirement
• Create Arrival shipping notice, handover the goods to related departments (warehouse, accounting department) after clearance
4. Execute reports on weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly basis and other duties assigned by Manager.
