In charge of HRM fuction:
1. Recruitment:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Oversee the development of qualified active and passive candidate pipelines
- Support the overall staffing and recruiting process
- Assist in the maintenance of strong working relationships with outside resources and professional organizations on recruitment.
- Develop and implement recruiting solutions, and proactively identify and facilitate ongoing operational efficiencies
- Support employer branding initiatives
2. C&B
- Develop company compensation and benefit system.
- Train new employees about the policy and regulations.
- Main control attendance of employees, labor contract, and others related to C&B.
- Control Labor cost
- Build up company policy, procedure and regulation
- Other job assigned
