Mô tả công việc
- Plan and deliver training on various topics such as orientation, soft skills, managements skills, etc.
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods
- Manage training budget and spending run rate effectively
- Analyze training needs of department to develop appropriate training programs
- Work in a team to design and expand training and development programs based on the needs
- Research, propose Training Vendors and prepare working process with them
- Develop e-learning course content in various formats
- Prepare reports of Training programs for monitoring and evaluation purposes. Propose and execute improvements based on evaluation results, feedback.
- Coordinate in developing an in-house Trainer/Facilitator pool to deliver in-house programs
- Manage the training roadmap for all employees according to career progression
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals
- Coordinate in designing and delivering learning solutions to strengthen succession pool
- Manage and produce multiple learning plan, activities simultaneously
- Participate in HR projects which support enhancing company values
- Lead yearly Training Need Analysis (TNA) to address the right needs
- Facilitate logistics for learning events and knowledge sharing sessions, coordinate learning activities as planned
- Other assignments as assigned by Line Manager
