Mô tả công việc
1. Recruitment:
• Responsible for the quality and quantity of employees for departments and projects on time.
• Propose and implement employee evaluation, make a report of monthly turnover rate as well as propose methods to improve candidate qualifications and reduce turnover rate.
• Welcome newcomers.
2. Compensation and Benefits:
• Calculate salary & payment according to company’s policy.
• Responsible for solving salary matters after payment: employee's question about their salary, calculation...
• Work with insurance, PIT authorities.
3. Administration task:
• Procurement of equipment, office machinery, office supplies, stationaries, meals for employee
