Operation Manager - Logistics

- Support Sales in pricing, handling troubles in work, customers
- Search, establish and develop a system of new agents and partners: shipping lines, airlines, carriers, foreign agent networks inside and outside the association.
- Take care, maintain and develop the company's customer system, handle nominated shipments.
- Directly resolve all complaints from Agents or Customers
- Manage all works related to import and export documents by sea/air and work with foreign agents
- Take primary responsibility for managing and operating the daily operations of the OPS department, building and training employees;
- Read service contracts and find the best prices for special routes or goods.
- Advise the Board of Directors on issues related to the operations of the OPS department and company

Salary: negotiable
