Position: Operations Manager
The Operations Manager
is a dynamic leader responsible for driving the store's success. You will lead a team of motivated individuals, develop innovative business strategies, and ensure top-notch customer experiences. This role involves managing mechanical machines, arcade machines, and amusement booths, while also handling the store’s revenues and addressing customer feedback.
*Please note that the project is a collaboration between
Masterise Theme Park and RH1
, so the HR from either company will proceed with your candidacy.
Key responsibilities:
● Plan daily staff schedules
and coordinate events or activities
● Ensure customer satisfaction
by responding to complaints and resolving issues
● Monitor and maintain game machines
and other equipment
● Conduct team meetings and training sessions
● Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports
● Collaborate with the accounting department on inventory and stock control
● Lead and motivate staff, providing training and mentoring
● Ensure exemplary customer service and promote the store to visitors
● Implement and enforce store rules and regulations
● Coordinate programs with external agencies and organizations
● Oversee the implementation of new events and activities
● Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their duties
● Monitor employee productivity and provide feedback and coaching
