Operations Supervisor - Urgent!

The Operations Supervisor takes responsibility for overall operations supervision and the co-ordination of warehouse layout and utilization in association with other key stakeholders.
1. General Tasks:
- Maintain accurate store ledgers and databases.
- Ensure shipments are processed and measurements recorded.
- Manage Operations Team in order to deliver moving services to customer's home/ office.
- Provide high-quality customer service
2. Workflow and Process:
- Adhere to company's workflow practices for inbound and outbound freight.
3. Materials Management:
- Ensure proper disposal and recycling of materials.
- Manage all materials used in warehouse operations.
4. Labour / People Management:
- Allocate staff for efficient shipment handling.
- Supply assistance where needed for the timely completion of all duties.
- Liaise with Operations Manager on labor needs; in the planning/prioritizing of all Operation tasks.
- Ensure all Operations staff are aware of and observe Crown’s published procedures and House Rules.
5. Corporate Social Responsibility:
- Support company CSR goals.
6. Other:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including health and safety.
