Senior IT Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Engineer to join our team at Cake. This role is crucial for ensuring our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application management, hardware troubleshooting, printer support, network management, newcomer onboarding, and system administration, including O365 and Intune.
Key Responsibilities:
Applications:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot a variety of applications.
Create and maintain user guides for applications to ensure effective utilization.
Hardware:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues for computers, printers, photocopiers, scanners, and meeting room equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance of all hardware.
Printers:
Manage printer permissions and troubleshoot printer-related issues.
Support the installation and configuration of printers.
Provide instructions and support for printer usage.
Network:
Oversee and maintain the company's network infrastructure to ensure connectivity and performance.
Troubleshoot network-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
Newcomer Onboarding:
Facilitate the IT onboarding process for new employees such as MS account, Laptop, Monitor, ... ensuring they have the necessary tools and access to perform their duties.
Provide training and support on company IT policies and procedures on onboarding date and later on.
System Administration:
Monitor and maintain device status and compliance using Intune.
Manage and support O365 users, addressing account-related issues and ensuring smooth operation.
Oversee the management of machinery and equipment, including creating asset codes, updating asset statuses, and performing regular maintenance.

BE Corp budget (depending on your level, from 2 million VNĐ) is allocated for using services such as transportation, food, and passenger car bookings in Be application.
MacBooks are currently supplied to all technical team members.
The social insurance contribution amount will vary based on the individual’s level.
A 13th-month wage and up to 3 months of performance-based bonus (year-end bonus).
15 days of annual leave is applied for the entire employees.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 and Intune.
Having at least 5 years of experience as an IT Engineer or similar role, with a focus on application management, hardware troubleshooting, printer support, network management, and system administration.
Proficient in networks management.
Excellent in organizing, training, presentation and communication skills.
High-quality and accuracy-focused service delivery mindset.
Able to code internal tools, especially with .Net/Azure, is a big plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
