This position reports to Head of Ethical Marketing & Business Innovation.
The Business Innovation Specialist
supports and executes activities related to business innovation, including outsourcing, toll manufacturing, export, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and other initiatives. The goal is to generate non-organic and new business opportunities aligned with the organization's mid-term and long-term strategies.
- Identify and pursue new clients through traditional, media, and social platforms, including publishing, advertising, electronic media, and industry relationships.
- Generate new ideas, assess their potential impact, and conduct feasibility studies.
- Develop strategic plans to create non-organic business opportunities aligned with the organization's mid-term and long-term goals.
- Participate in priority projects that have medium to long-term impacts on new business.
- Support negotiations and assist in finalizing business agreements for outsourcing, tolling, and export ventures.
- Support business development projects until they reach routine operation, then assist in transitioning them to the appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders on merger and acquisition projects.
- Support the development of new product pipelines by sourcing from external suppliers.
- Establish processes and enhance organizational competencies for business innovation.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
